They replace the seat and backrest only. Mine was still under warranty and there was really extreme peeling. I was thinking of buying another chair or their new fabric material. Been to their place to test.... I liked the light grey color but not sure whether fabric can last longer. Really cmi if buy another $500 chair uplorry in 1.5 years (even with replacement total only 3 years estimated.

What's good about these chairs? Personally tested a few and found out that they are not super comfortable or anything, yet it's bundled with a bunch of issues.

Oh wow! Yours is already evolving from a faux leather chair to the SoftWeave one? I'm so jealous.

And indeed. Mine finally after 2 years and 3 months only now start to show a sign of cracks on the seat after my numerous standing on top of the chair seat to get to my upper wardrobe in my room.

The focus on the 2 set of feet might have stretched it a little too much and it finally separated apart as a result. Those tear lines.

For those interested in the SoftWeave, I have a sofa that has a similar colour and weave design to it. I am concern on how the chair will do with spills and stains. I mean if you mention sweat, will it start yellowing over time? I'd definitely be throwing that embarrassing chair if the weave materials of the back rest starts yellowing. What do you guys think? A valid concern?

Here's how my cracks looks like. Not as bad considering it's been 2 years and 3 months.

It's more of how you take care of it and your room conditions. Your room hot, stuffy and plus Singapore humid weather, sure spoil faster. These kind of leather in other countries can survive much longer.
