Morning ladies and gents, thought I'd chime in with/about my own Secret Lab Titan... Got it in Nov 2017, and it started peeling early this year. Condition got quite bad till it's dropping black "dandruff" all over the floor when I get up from it.

Emailed them to ask if they do reupholstery, they said they don't... and offered me a generous trade-in fee of $100 for a new chair.

Finally came across Royale Ergonomics ( www.Royale.sg ) from this thread too, and also carousel. Got them to reupholster my Titan, and also bought their King series chair. Both done in Napa leather.

The great thing is, they use automotive-grade leather and PU leather, so I won't have to worry about peeling!

Alternative for those low budget.
A chair cover for secretlab chairs @ $13 sgd
I tried on my titan chair seem okay. Of cus don't expect good comfort.
However it can cover fully.

Agreed. I got a used aeron to replace my dxracer. Enjoying it everyday.

I got it from carousell. 500.
Just watch YouTube abt the features then try them on the used chair to make sure all r working fine.

I got the altas headrest from ebay (new) for another 200 or so. To me, headrest is important.

Would secretlab-nueu headrest at $99 work on HM chairs? Seems to be the clip on type then adjust from there.

I find the nueu mesh chair to be quite comfortable at IT show.

i tested secret lab chair quite good at IT show that y i buy. it seem problem only surface after years. nueu mesh not sure how many years issue will surface better get HM with proven track record

My secret lab omega (2016) is badly peeled and I am considering reuphostlery/replacing the chair entirely.

The spring mechanism also has a strong creaking sound as if something has broken inside.

Wondering if I should use reuphostlery or get a new chair? Not sure how more years can the mechanism continue to hold out or whether it will become a safety issue.
