How about this? I wanted both 10Gbps LAN and Thunderbolt 3 but forgoing the Thunderbolt 3 as I cant find a solution that can do both.

Motherboard + CPU bundle Gigabyte X570 Aorus Extreme + AMD Ryzen 3950X $2,046
Gigabyte RTX2080Ti Aorus Xtreme 11Gb OC GDDR6 $2,095
RAM G.SKILL TRIDENT Z NEO RGB 3600MHz CL16 (aura sync) $349
Storage (NVMe) Aorus ASM2NE6100TTTD NVMe Gen4 Ssd (1TB) $349
PSU Seasonic Focus+ 850W Gold Modular(10yrs) $185
Casing Lian-Li PC-O11 Dynamic Razer Edition TG Casing $249

TOTAL $5,273

Will you need 10Gbps LAN?

Honestly there’s no need for 10gbps at the moment. Future proofing is not really necessary for internet at the moment. If your phone can hit that then yes otherwise, ask yourself are you going to stick with the PC 24/7?

Futureproofing,.. I have CAT7 installed at home :)

Most of the things DIY in oversea is always cheaper than SLS but some items due to warranty playing.
Unless OP is picking specific brands for the buildup if not SLS only carry those common things.

not right to say that
it depends on the period
there are times when things are cheaper locally

I ended up buying the following: -

CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3950X
Motherboard - Gigabyte X570 Aorus Xtreme
CPU Cooler - Aorus Liquid Cooler 360
GPU - Gigabyte RTX2080Ti Aorus Xtreme 11Gb OC GDDR6
RAM - G.SKILL TRIDENT Z NEO RGB 3600MHz CL16 (aura sync)
Storage - Aorus NVMe Gen4 SSD (1TB)
PSU - Corsair AX850 (850 watt PSU)
Casing - Lian-Li PC-O11 Dynamic Razer Edition TG Casing

The Razer casing is out of stock but I’ve paid and waiting for one to come in. In the meantime I have mounted my stuff on a mining rack :)

Good choice. Enjoy!

Don't forget to set XMP and if you're running Windows, install the AMD drivers to get the Ryzen power plans.
