if i received broken item, should I click on confirm delivery in order to do an exchange and extend purchase protection?
seller said they no stock for replacement. if i do nothing protection expires 7d from delivery
ok, have to see the seller, if he can't/don't intend to settle your issue within 7 days. Just open the dispute, forcing him to respond your issue.......
the exchange actually just to protect your buyer rights
if no replacement, can always settle with full refund or partial refund.
if u unhappy with the final outcome, u can escalate to qoo10 for the final decision after the extension period.
