Anyone knows where to find 10 off 50 coupon? Used to be Qlive. Now missing. Appreciate someone can PM me the link. Or if there is no more such coupon? Stop following Q0010 since deals getting poorer. Thank u!

Anyone realized if you pay using Qcoin in Qoo10, the rate is 1.34.

If you buy in Quube, it looks like a 1.4 conversion but some items price is higher

If you buy in Quube, it looks like a 1.4 conversion but some items price is higher
no. buy and sell is almost same.

I used Qoo10 desktop and the rate was 1.428. The rate will vary if you try to pay partially with qmoney.

It's been changed for at least 2 to 3 weeks already. Previously people uses qpoints to buy qcoins, which I think they didn't want people to do that.

Have a problem -- so seeking advise/opinion.

Bought a Dell monitor a few days ago on Qoo10.

Seller is Video-Pro at SLS (Sim Lim Square):

When I self collect the monitor, I requested for invoice/receipt from seller -- but seller refused to give.

I told seller -- register for the Dell monitor warranty may be an issue if no invoice/receipt.

But seller keeps saying it's not an issue, as this Dell monitor is genuine local stock from distributor Ban Leong. Seller then showed me the Ban Leong sticker w/ bar code on the Dell monitor box.

After went home, I contacted Dell on how to register warranty without invoice.

Dell asked for details of the purchase & I submitted both the Qoo10 purchase description & Qoo10 pickup voucher to Dell.

This is the reply I get from Dell:


Basically, from Dell's reply -- Dell don't allow me to register warranty for the monitor w/o an invoice -- which I don't have.

This means the Dell monitor that I paid more than $200 has no warranty.

I don't want to continue to use a $200+ monitor that has no warranty.

I now want to return the monitor & cancel this purchase -- but under My Qoo10 order page -- this item already marked as 'Delivered'.

Now, how do I proceed to do a return in such a case?

Appreciate any advise. Thank you.

Try asking ban leong instead?

I would avoid VP at all cost. Tried asking them on seasonic prime psu but they say no stock, dunnoe when coming but listing still there.

Why don't you show Dell the email received from Qoo10 when order is placed or the order page and ask if they can accept. They need a document with date, description and amount. Pickup voucher don't have these.

When I bought Aukey Powerbank, seller tell me to print the order (I printed email and order page) and keep box for warranty.

I never had any problems using Qoo10 screenshots or purchase print outs as proof of purchase. You buy online, so getting an ereceipt is normal. I recommend you escalate this further on Dell's end. But you should be providing them with a print of the order on Qoo10 and not the pick up voucher.

Dun use the pickup voucher. Go to your 'Recent Orders' tab, n click on 'Purchase Description' as follows. It should suffice as a E receipt.
