Anyone got experience credit card payment crop up & order didn't appear in qoo10? My internet connection seem to have some problem & didn't get the payment completed webpage when I'm paying but when I call my cc bank, the staff said it went thru ask me check with qoo10. Called qoo10, staff said didn't receive, bank will refund to me automatically. Is this true? Sorry, a noob here, 1st time experience this & need some advice...

After I pay, it shows Payment Failed!
But after 5mins, recd Qoo10 email "Your payment has been completed" and my order shows up in Qoo10 app like normal.
