Sorry if this has been covered in the thread. I have gone through the recent pages and can't seem to find the answer.

I have just purchased something from Qoo10 from Japan, and the amount is more than SGD400. In this case, how to pay the GST before we can take delivery of the item?

Qxpress will hold your parcel in their warehouse. Then you have to pay for gst on qoo10 website before they ship out. If no pay, they will dispose after the deadline


I received an email from QExpress with the amount that I need to pay, then payment is like how we pay when we buy stuffs from Qoo10.

Anyone got experience credit card payment crop up & order didn't appear in qoo10? My internet connection seem to have some problem & didn't get the payment completed webpage when I'm paying but when I call my cc bank, the staff said it went thru ask me check with qoo10. Called qoo10, staff said didn't receive, bank will refund to me automatically. Is this true? Sorry, a noob here, 1st time experience this & need some advice...

Has the charge been billed to your credit card statement? Typically once the transaction has been authorized, the merchant will need to submit the authorization to the payment for settlement and payment. In this case, if there is connectivity issue, the authorization will not be able to be settled by qoo10 since they have no records of it. The authorization should drop off from the bank's system in around 14 - 21 days.

However, if the charge by qoo10 has already shown up in your statement or online banking account, you can raise a dispute / chargeback with the bank that there is no receipt of the items. You can also provide the transaction details that is appearing in your statement or online banking account to Qoo10 for them to investigate.

I just make the payment today, it showed up in my online banking account but as pending. However the bank staff said went thru.

When the authorization goes thru, it will always show as "pending". This is similar to that when you check in at hotel and use your credit card as deposit. If there is no settlement, the transaction that are in "pending" stage will drop off from system around 14-21 days.

if order didn't appear on the system and money deducted. the system will automatically tally with the order, when order is not created, the money will return to the bank within 72 hours.

Qoo10 side won't see the order cause there no record on it.
Bank side, they will see as payment made to qoo10.

the previous time i applied this, i got nothing, i knew very fast it will be gone, so I standby at 12am to apply and placed order, unfortunately, next day woke up saw seller refund cos OOS, no choice applied again and bot from another seller, the time was 9am+ and that was 2.5k, still got nothing back. Forget it if u going to try the next day, i think within 1 or 2 hour it will be gone.

My purchase was done at 6pm+ maybe I'm lucky

Me too have funny encounter@ Qoo10 yesterday
After I pay, it shows Payment Failed!
But after 5mins, recd Qoo10 email "Your payment has been completed" and my order shows up in Qoo10 app like normal.

lucky for you then, I did receive the UOB one when I bought another item, but only $5 compared to SCB's $10 cashback.
