Ryzen 3600 Cannot Boot into Bios

Tried pressing "Del" after restart, but stuck at black screen (otherwise, boots normally into windows). Tried to clear CMOS by removing battery for few minutes, but no use. Already on latest BIOS (7B89vAD; release date: 2020-06-16)

Want to go into bios to control fan speed (now can't control fan speed through Dragon Center, very weird). :(

Just bought new Noctua Case Fans, but can't control PWM (MSI motherboard default system fan mode is DC, I assume full speed by default; not very silent).

Wow, thanks for replies at such ungodly times. Turns out, because I'm using a HDMI to DVI adapter to my monitor, it showed up as black screen, but I did successfully boot into BIOS.

Once I switch back to normal DVI cable, then no issues. But still no fan curve on my Dragon center, and my BIOS although can change fan from DC to PWM, cannot change duty cycle of my fan to anything other than 60%, also weird.

Which motherboard are you using?
Certain graphic card especially on board these days cannot use
converter.

Your Noctua case fans are the 12V 4 pin PWM versions right? Just trying to make sure they are not 5V or 3 pin DC fans.

Yes, I have the NF-A14 PWM and the NF-S12A PWM. Motherboard is Mortar B450M Titanium.

Ok another issue resolved. Can change system fan curve, only if you enable SMART fan mode. If not I think default is locked at 60% duty cycle for case (system) fans.

Still can access fan control from dragon center, hope 1 day an update will resolve it, see how good smart (auto) fan control is for now.

PS: Can say that on default fan speeds, Corsair Carbide Series 275Q Quiet default Fans + Fan controller (PWM; think got reduce the speed further) is about as quiet as Noctuas at full speed.
