No. U use their ip cam finder tool then locate cam, use IE to access webui interface. Then make changes there. Must b done via lan.

Wait. I think ip cam super client also can achieve that from cd.gocam.so, select T series (pangolin pnp). Dun use the eye4. Its limited at this moment.

The Dlink 933L is going for $69@ Challenger this wkend. Thinking of getting it to monitor the maid at home. Not sure if i should pay extra for recording function with the Dlink 942L. Sigh .. its about 2x the price.

gecko, not really though..Depends on how makers do, Quality =/ quantity. Now because of the relay still cheap to produce and min heat generated, so still popular to apply most of the electronic gadget. The downside is it takes up more current.

While the substitute of relay is an electronic relay called SCR. Pro side is its light weight, easy to produce and less current to operate. Con side is it generated more heat and need to implement protection circuit due to easy damage.

Hopefully there is a hybrid product in future though..

So, will cost of product increase at such manner?

seems like the Samsung is an alternative to the Panasonics.

Samsung Techwin Releases SNH-P6410BN Full 1080p HD Pro SmartCam - HardwareZone.com.sg

i have bought D-Links like the DCS-6010L , hardware and software in my opinion is not value for money.

Most of them does.. Try to reset to factory default and try again. Hopefully it just a minor bug error so factory reset will clear it away. If not, RMA may requires..

How do you power off vstarcam ip camera ?

On the app i notice there's only a reboot option. If just switching off at the power source is the way, would it corrupt the memory card ?
