I think you need to check if your M3 supports USB output or not.
Cause from the pic like the Sony don't have a 3.5mm input.
Yeah Sony does not have 3.5mm input. It's the Sony that does not pair with my M3. From the box it reads that the Sony only pairs with its Walkman and phones/tablet

Hey guys, I gotten a Jaybird Freedom as gift and when I use it paired to my tablet, I found that whenever I press volume up there's this very disturbing distortion sound? It happens only on the right side of the earpiece.

I'll hear it sometimes during playing back audio too, as well as pausing and resuming my audio. Is this a common hardware issue and I should go for warranty? Thanks!

Did you blast the music? This sounds like a damaged driver which causes one part of the frequency to be rolled off

No I didn't blast it, just hover around the half way mark level. And it only happens when I click the button

I tried without any sound playing and press the buttons which tells the battery level and the distortion noise is there, you know those sounds like muffled audio when we twist the 3.5m jack on speakers?

Watching video and audio is okay but when click button the distortion will be heard. Also, the harder I press the button the louder the distortion and sometimes there's this high pitch distortion as well. Should I send in for exchange? Just less than one week

By the way where's the service center for Jaybird locally? Thanks

Yes you should send in for repair. This could be due to some disruptions in the cable that causes the connection to be 'unstable'.

Okay, I've actually contacted Challenger and they asked me to bring down within 7 days for exchange, which is tomorrow will the 7th lol. Lucky I detect the issue today.
