Only 3 slots for vendor?

Crowdfunding is a very good idea actually.

we want to be less commercialised.

this time vendors will join as a participant

hope this will work, not a great amount to achieve :) also cut down on some admin stuff, like money collection....

Definitely dropping by for the Dec meet, since I have missed the prev one due to my overseas trip and have gotten quite a few new toys as well. But just to confirm Andy, the 8 bux entry fees for normal participant how come is quoted in USD? In terms of the crowd-funding wise, we only need 600 dollars in SGD right? So how come the website is quoted in USD?

There is actually still some months away till the actual date event, don't worry I will try do my best to help you rope in people to join the event one, lulz. At the most, I pay 2x pax personally for my own entrance.

The turnout for the June one seems like a pretty successful one? Recall seeing some pictures from the HF thread sometime ago, maybe can use back same venue @SCAPE again? I think plus the sponsors joining us, reaching 600 dollars shouldn't be a major problem bah.

I can try contribute refreshments such as drinks for this round. In fact I believe I brought along three 6-packet cartons during the 2013 event one, and I didn't even get to drink a single packet myself.

Andy, I yesterday thought of something while otw back home, I think maybe you can try consider my suggestion although generally I know based on past meets you don't really encourage commercial sales during such events.

Maybe you can allow a policy/rule for this event whereby those who are coming down for the meet event, to allow displaying/sales of their own used or new gears. Because based from what I have read from some taiwanese meets in the past where audiophiles gather, it seems like this is a common theme among fellow head-fiers, where the main organiser always brought his own gears to interest check for those who might be interested in buying from him. (I think Randius might have an idea who im referring to)

So actually this is some sort of suggestion/idea that might entice people to come down for the meet, as people are always interested in whether there are cheap gears to hoot anot (just look at the annual PC/IT expo shows around and you will get what I mean)

Just raising a sincere suggestion, pls do srsly consider it since you are the main organiser here.
