i dont recommend comply wireless. I previously used it with my gear iconx. It's too thin and it breaks every alternate month. Comply subsequently release an updated one for gear iconx and that's so much better.

P.S i just checked comply website and it seems like they removed the comply wireless product category and update it with Truegrip. It seems thicker. If you all wanna try, I would advise trying this instead of the old product.

Wonder how creative squeeze 10 hours from 60mah battery. A lot of earbuds with 60mah only last 4-5 hours. 👍

Just got my replacement, very good customer service, thumbs up to kok hong for the excellent and patient service, i got the chance to demo their emu teak and surprisingly he recommended the aurvana trio to pair with the super x fi dac/amp and it sound better in some of my own music and videos than the teak.

He also taught me how to use turn on super x fi with the outlier air

Wonder which genius in their R&D department decided to produce it only with one size eartips???
not the people who was incharge of the SXFI programme for sure.

SXFI= every ear unique

outlier air= **** your differences.

if creative is reading the forums for ideas, can the gain on the outlier air be lowered, the hissing quite loud.
secondly, get some passthru/hearthru/ambientsound mode.
lastly, release some more eartips christ. i have to fit the earbuds really well to get the perfect seal.

my previous post add on to ur suggestion:

1. a bigger space in the charging case for eartips
2. Some hole to loop a lanyard
3. Touch/gesture controls (the buttons on this current one is quite hard to push)
4. Better SQ although at this price i cant complain
5. Keep the current battery life
6. Switch to turn off charging when earbuds are in the case
7. A way to turn off the earbuds immediately without using the charging case
The customer service officer told me they are getting feedback for this outlier air so hopefully they read this, im surprised they didnt send out review units to those tech reviewers in USA before launching this
