Hmm kinda hard to give recommendations just based on price since audio is quite subjective, and we're not sure where you're coming from (past IEMs, preference, etc). But just based on your price cap, moondrop starfield might be a safe bet since it seems to be pretty well liked by a lot of reviewers. it's relatively recent, and pretty much right at your price cap. There are local sellers on carousell selling at S$149.90.

It's quite well-liked by Crinacle as well, a well known local audio reviewer.

Of course that ranking is influenced by Crinacle's own preferences too, so still have to take with a grain of salt.

If you want something from a more known company, sennheiser's IE40 Pro is around that price too. S$159 on qoo10 and can easily get a coupon to get it below 150. Though it's not as well rated by Crinacle. But then again, audio is highly subjective and based a lot of personal preferences.

There are also a lot of good chi-fi stuff around these days. I have under S$50 earphones now that sounds so much better than the Ultimate Ears 600 that costs me like S$140 when it came out 7 years ago.

So well... have fun shopping & researching?
