i actually have ep630 thks to my bro and 630sn

i prefer 630 simply bec more bass

but i would say clarity and definition - sorry i'm not a audiophile dunno wat terms u all use,
Cresyn wins

built wise creative cable seems to be quite inferior hav a feeling it will literally rot,
630 cable is convertable from neckchain to y chord hence win hands down!

earbud wise, creative seems to isolate better and much more comfortably
btw their sizes r similar so i used the creative buds on cresyn.. must say its much more comfortable

Happy CNY peeps!

PS: The Audio Technica ATH-CK7ti is coming to Stereo Electronics (Causeway Point) after CNY along with Audio Technica's ATH-AW5000 (If I remember right).
The ATH-AW5000 headphones should be going for SG$1500.00 :gasp:

Hi, there was one post previously to your question.

To purchase Cresyn earphones online, you can go to the following link: -

http://page.auctions.yahoo.com/sg/a...28?aucview=0x30

http://page.auctions.yahoo.com/sg/auction/94982885

To purchase from shops:

At sim lim square (Michael Multimedia, Apple @ Sim Lim - XIT system, Agenuine, Farlen - Inbox)

At funan IT mall (Apple @ funan, Farlen - Inbox)

At Bukit Timah (Apple @ Bukit Timah - Comit Communication)

Some information about the different Cresyn Earphones: -

1) E630DL - Black earphone with 1.2m black cord length (Unbalance cord design)

2) E630RL - Red earphone with 1.2m black cord length (Unbalance cord design)

3) E630DS - Black earphone with 0.5m black cord length for usage with remote control (Not available in Singsapore unless pre-order)

4) E630RS - Red earphone with 0.5m black cord length for usage with remote control (Not available in Singsapore unless pre-order)

5) E630SN - Silver earphones with 0.8m white cord length (Necklace design which can be interchange to Y cord)

Sound quality for the above 5 types of Cresyn earphones are the same.

Reserved for future reviews! Perhaps a CX300 if it makes it to our shores!

Where can we buy this, Cx300? It looks the same as EP630 from Creative.

afbug> how does the bass of ep630 compare to um1's?
EP630 have a little more bass but it sounds flabbier and muddier compared to a UM1. UM1 is tighter and more impactful. UM2 can match EP630 easily. Really big bass.

Did you ask me to write a review on eartips? I might be doing one soon.

ok. cos i'm using um1 now but i still want more bass. am i a basshead?

with exception of triple drivers and superfi5eb, which IEM has more bass than um2?
I think you are lol. I never heard the superfi5 pro but i read that it got more bass than UM2. I find the UM2's bass is very strong liao.

After using the Cresyns for a long time... I happened to realise one thing... I think its mid-range is a wee bit too forward for me after switching back and forth between my KSC75 and LMX-E630, the Cresyns make me feel that theres a singer right in front of my face singing madly at me in my rock songs XD *lol*

Heavily considering an upgrade to a CK7 =)

Both are still very good though.

From what i gather, CK7=analytical sound and HJE70=musical sound. I saw Panasonic advertise its earphones on newpaper today, full page somemore. Not many Co. willing to spend $$$ to advertise its earphones. The CK7 sounds like a ER6i. Very similar. But CK7 got better treble and ER6i got slightly deeper bass.

UM1 Vs UM2 plus ear tip comments.

um2 isn't not worth the price huh? hmmm ;\
I din say that! Its like that as you go higher up the audio chain. You pay more for less improvement. The UM2 got to be heard to believe. The extra driver DOES make a difference. Lets just say that after listening to a UM2, every single driver earphone will sound dead.

Its like the HD555 Vs HD595. The 555 is about 90% of the 595 and to me, the UM1 is 75% of the UM2.
