Fixing loose IEM connectors

Hi,

I have a pair of Eternal Melody EM2s and the 2-pin connector on the left IEM is pretty loose now.

I was wondering whether I would have to reshell my IEM if I want to fix the connector or if there's a cheaper/less drastic solution.
