Ground Loop Isolater?

Anyone know where can get a cheap and decent ground loop isolater?

I think my system got ground loop (tingling sensation when touching my tube amp + those strange buzzing noises again...)

Thanks!

Or lack of grounding with potential safety issues, which can't be solved with an isolator.

You can get those for use with cars.

Thanks, I can start looking at cars-related places. Alternatively, I may just get a new tube amp (but now USD ); I have been eyeing one of Garage 1217's amps for months
