Help! Problem with my Audio setup.

I have been using ifi Black label micro idsd with lcd2c, but suddenly one day the left channel decided to go bust. I thought it had something to do with the cable so i swapped the cable to the opposite channels to test it and so it seem the problem lies with the cables.

Fast forward today i got myself a pair of new cables and again im having audio only on 1 side! There is no issue with the cables as i tested it on another input without connecting into the Amplifier and it works fine.

So i thought hmm, maybe it has to do with my amplifier? I took my earpiece and tested the same input that i use for lcd2c , earpiece is working fine on both channels.

Now I'm perplexed as to why my earpiece is working fine, but the headphone is only working on the right side via the amplifier. But connecting directly into my desktop without the amplifier, the headphone is working fine. What could be the issue here?

Edit : I finally found the issue. It is the IFI idsd black label amplifier.
