Jabra Elite Active 65t

Does anyone own a pair? I've been reading up about it a lot and they look really good. I'm using Jaybird X3 right now but I find the "sport" fit uncomfortable for workouts, and the regular fit annoying with the dangling cable.

Active 65T feels good and sounded great. Why not test it yourself since some stores allow you to try them on? Without the cables dangling behind definitely makes running a lot more enjoyable.:D

spelljammer72 03-09-2018 03:44 PM

been using it for 1 week +. used it for jogging also. so far so good. loving it.

5star_pundit 04-09-2018 11:45 AM

The left and right earbuds cannot be too far away otherwise will disconnect. If it stays in the ear, it should be fine

rEe_TaN 09-09-2018 07:08 PM

If u take out right ear... it will auto pause.. download the app to disable that. This pair is good but I face frequent after 2nd day usage and long time wear not comfortable as well

kordea 25-09-2018 11:27 PM

How good is this set against its quite costly value? Have been thinking for awhile now and I think Jabra does decently in terms of audio especially in 'active lifestyle' headsets

jeffprobst 03-10-2018 09:34 PM

Is there any other color apart from copper blue?

Based on reviews, it's widely considered to be one of the best, if not the best pair of true wireless earbuds on the market right now.

musicsg_com 06-10-2018 05:20 PM

Yes it is one of the better true wireless earbuds in the market. Comfortable fit, exciting audio quality. Don't fancy the casing though, it doesn't stand properly and the earbuds risk falling out if the case is open.

Was using Jaybird X3, didnít like the quality and feel.
Changed to AirPod, not bad but sound quality can be better
Using Jabra elite now. Highly recommended. Look good and sound good.

iNotion 07-10-2018 09:20 PM

any place to recommend to get this wireless earpiece?

theaudioguy 08-10-2018 12:55 AM

Should be available in challenger, connectit, stereo. But not sure whether does SG has the elite active full black model.

The black really looks great but unfortunately I can't seem to find them in stores. According to stereo, local black will come in later... but dunno when. Sianz!:(

theaudioguy 08-10-2018 08:09 PM

I heard only in December. Zzz...

There should be 5% shop discount.... you didn’t use that ?

$300 - $15 (shop 5% discount) - $50 = $235/-

theaudioguy 10-10-2018 10:05 PM

Ahhhh!!! I didn’t see that discount!!!! Shucks!

See if you can cancel the order and redo the ordering again, that is IF they have not delivered the item yet....

PS NOTE: On second thought better don’t cancel your order cos if not mistaken, you may end up losing the $50/- promo discount (from my understanding, the coupon may not be refunded back to you, Qoo might render that you have used the promo coupon)

Gymrat76 10-10-2018 10:32 PM

Is it the Jabra Singapore store? They just dropped the price to $298 so cannot use the $50 coupon and no more link to 5% shop coupon?

Ah ok. It does not allow me to apply the cart coupon then shop coupon.

Must apply the shop coupon first, then the value goes to $285, which is below the $300 :vijayadmin:

theaudioguy 10-10-2018 11:12 PM

Ahhh man! But, it’s ok, still a semi sweet deal. 😂😂 Can’t wait to receive it!

Saw Stereo Westgate selling the Elite Active 65T at member price $268 and an additional 5% for student discount $254. Worth considering:s8:

qoo10 has a $50 10-10 coupon ($50 off $300). Use that for $250 for the Jabra 65T Elite Actives

theaudioguy 11-10-2018 03:55 PM

I think that’s for the non active version. Hoot the active version since there is the voucher code.

It is for the active version. Got mine yesterday and so far, it's great.

Compared to my Bose QuietControl 30s, it allows much more freedom of movement without the neckband, comparable battery life, and an overall smaller package which is great for travel and the gym.

The Bose has more deep bass, plus active noise cancellation, but when the Jabra's fit properly the noise isolation is great and the sound can be customized to personal preference by using the equalizer on the app.

Range is also superior with Bluetooth 5.0, as I can leave my phone in the bedroom and walk into the kitchen of my 4-room HDB without any loss in signal. No lag when watching Netflix on my phone either. Overall, for $250, it was an excellent buy! :)

I'd been using 65t for past 1 week, enjoy every part of it except my ears cavity were feeling fatigue each time after about an hour using them. I never felt this way with my old iconX-2018. Any 65t users experience the same condition?

Franky37 17-11-2018 07:09 PM

My 65t active will always stop the music whenever I pass through those sensors placed at the entrance in the retail stores. Anyone face the same issue?

Sent from OnePlus ONEPLUS A6000 using GAGT

canonrow 19-11-2018 11:52 AM

I had returned my 2nd pair 65t active & exchanged for sth else. 1st pair very bad cranking noise on left earbud while playing songs, exchanged. 2nd pair, stopped charging/no charging light within 2 weeks, frustrated & returned. Liked it a lot but ear fatigue no matter what size/type of tips used.

musicdreamer 27-11-2018 09:07 PM

heng my Elite Sport so far so good..suppose to buy the 65t active but no stock for a long while so bought the Elite Sport instead.

I think it's normal, becuz these sensors interfere with the magnetic link between the 2 earbud, another common spot is the exit area of a bus, where the ez link tapping machine are. Entry point of a bus surprising has no issue for me.

Good stuff. Even better after i changed the stock tips with comply foam tips.

Really interested in buying these. Read a lot of positive reviews and saw these earbuds at most top 10 lists. How are they?

Personally, it sounds fantastic using my iphone. With the bass boost on and voices are clear. However it sounds exactly opposite on my s9+ . Sounds are muffled, volume is erratic and plays soft despite setting to max volume and disabling absolute volume.

I have tried all sorts of adjustments on my s9+ (Including deleting app, reinstalling, Flashed firmware) and i just canít get it sound as good as my iPhone. My iPhone volume donít even need to up to max !

Not sure for others ... if anyone can share experience or settings for s9+ that will be great.

Using it with S7E. Don't have the issues you mentioned.

At 80% volume setting too. Try restart the buds ?

Active has better water resistant IP rating than non active and has grippier texture. There is no discernable difference in the function and sound.

Elite sports is older model than the other 2. It has the best water resistant and geared more towards sports feature like assistance. However it is only Bluetooth 4 compared to the other 2 which has Bluetooth 5.
