Klipsch one touch headphone - Repair advise

Hello Folks,

I own a Klipsch one touch headphone it was really good for roughly 2 years, but recently I noticed that the sound quality is really distorted. When I adjust the adaptor occasionally the sound is good.

Hence I need your expert advice

01. Is it possible to repair this situation?
02. If yes can I get the whole cable replaced with the adaptor?
03. I also want to replace the ear pads?

Thanks in advance for your advice and recommendation.

Cheers,
GHO_SAM

If its just the plug, you can just look for someone to replace and solder a new plug. For your case, high chance is the cable to the plug issue.
