klipsch repair

Hi guys,
Have a Klipsch x10 about a year old, was working perfectly, now there's sound loss, usually only on one side. I can get it working by pushing against the L-shaped jack so think the problem is with the wiring, not the earpiece itself.

Any advice whether I can save it? Thanks in advance!

You have a broken cable. Considering the cost of recabling, maybe it would be more economical considering buying a replacement?
