No Repairs for Shure SRH940

My out of warranty SRH940s fell off my desk onto another table then then floor this morning. The elbow where the headband meets the can broke and now it is held only by the wires.

Found out that there is no repairing of this in SG! Cannot be sent to the US since they do not do international repairs so now am stuck!

Cannot believe that there are no repairs! It's Sennheiser from now on...thank goodness I have an HD 280 as a backup.

Sennheiser support is excellent, all kinds of spare parts can be ordered online or via local service centre, even for out of warranty products.

I've been to Alexandra Park a few times now and they will bend over backwards to fix an issue for you. As you said, excellent support!

Going to look over their catalog and buy a new set or two.
