Thumbs up Nuarl NT-01AX true wireless earphone

Since there is quite a few posts on this particular true wireless earphone and I myself recently got one and like it a lot too, thought maybe start a thread for this model so easier for those looking for reviews, share tip rolling choices, questions and pricing.

I've used a few true wireless before the Nuarl NT01AX,

- Bragi Dash (1st ever)
- Sony WF1000X
- Jabra Elite Sport
- B&O E8
- Jabra Elite 65T active

Personally I like the Nuarl for the sound and the battery life. For those who are not new to true wireless earphone, dropouts and battery life is a primary concern. The NT01AX is one of the early adopters for the latest Qualcomm QCC3026. This latest chipset allows true wireless models to have extended battery life which in Nuarl's case a whooping 10hrs battery life compare to the average 4-5 hours. The new chipset also address connectivity issues like dropouts and clearly I haven't had any since I started using them.

Sound wise, I would easily rate this among the best (true wireless class) along with the Sennheiser Momentum true wireless. This is very subjective since everyone listens with different gears on different music with different priorities so you may not necessarily agree with me.

Do you experience any video lag when streaming Youtube and other streaming services like Netflix? Contemplating between these and the Jabra Elite Active 65Ts.

For true wireless there would always be some degree of lag or latency and depending on the device you paired with, sometimes you get less and sometimes you get more. I've got the B&O E8 and tested the RHA trueconnect which many commented that it's lag free but they performed differently on my gears. I do look forward to the day I get to test a APTX LL true wireless though.

Coming back to you question, I could detect more video lag/latency on all devices when using the Jabra Elite 65T active. The Nuarl NT01AX on my macbook play ok but on my iphone I can detect a more noticeable delay in comparison. That said, I think it would be best to audition with your own brand/type of device at Stereo. Reason being the "level" of lag is not only hardware but is also individual, since everyone may have a different acceptance to how much latency work or not work for them, auditioning and comparing them in store is the best solution.

I used them once for running but I'm using the Jabra Elite 65T more since the IP rating is better.

Works for me, it's all about getting the right fit with the suitable silicone tips. It does have sweat resistant IP rating so shouldnt be a problem.
