Correct way of wearing the Westone is over the ears with the cables behind the neck, onstage artists wear this way not just because of the wireless receiver since they can also wear in front and slip the cable inside their clothes. Artists also will need to conceal the earphone and wires to look "low profile" during performance and wearing it that way is one of the best way.

For those constantly on the go, wearing it behind is one of the best method to reduce microphonics - that extra sound/noise that gets transmitted into the earpiece when the cable rubs or bumps into our body/clothes or bag. And the better your isolation and the lousier the construction of your cable the more you hear it.

If you own a Westone, wear it behind the neck, it looks better that way too.

I feel more comfortable wearing it in front if I'm using custom cables, but if using westone's own one I'll wear down the back
