i think so. my sis told me to take less than 20gm of carbs a day. she says its the standard?
When I first started out I do reach less than 20 quite frequently. Nowadays, there are days where I consume 0 (fasting).

As long as it is below 50, you'll be in ketosis.

after doing LCHF i have started developing my senses....

one day i woke up with an extremely powerful sight.

the next day i realised that other than the eagle eyesight i have gained, i could somehow look into the contents of boxes, see behind walls etc.

then i wanted to eat butter and could see that it was 80% fats.

power siol!

thats how i could maintain low carbs intake by having this new found x ray vision.

LCHF is the best!

i try to share because they ask haha. they kept complaining about weight gain.. constipation.. feeling legartic after lunch..
but when i explain, they give me those excuses. =.=
What I normally do is ask them to Google diet doctor. The rest is up to them.

lame lah those peeps. whine and whine about their weight but refuse do anything about it. these kind of ppl deserve to be fat.

Wooo. had a great lunch at pepper lunch express. ask for sukiyaki beef with many many vege and 2 eggs. Skip the seasoning and its so keto friendly. Just not wallet friendly. hahhaa

i find that fitnesspal isnt very good for me... fitday was ok...

1000kcal diet will send u to the doctor sooner than u think

LOL.

i got friends that resort to diet pills instead or acupunture at tcm. and it cost her $500-$800 every month??

oh ya. and only lose 3kg. after 3 months session...
