Woohoo, late to the party but congrats on part 3!!
Long live butter & eggs & pork belly. :D

Am a slacker so not as strict in this lifestyle as the fitzais here. But since embarking on this, no longer seeing yoyo in weight and mood. And always hv tons of energy to burn!

For those who's always on the sideline researching to do it or not to do it, would say if u dun try u won't know :)

Natural sugar is also bad for us hahah

In the past, fruits are a treat when they are in season

But now, the fruits are not only available all year round, they are bred for extra sweetness

where to get vitamins and fibre if don't eat fruits ?

Fruits are not the best source to be honest...hahah

Vegetables actually contain more vitamins and fibre (over-rated BTW) :s13:

I take fruit as a treat else I get my vitamins from vegetables and meat :D

oh. I ate thai mango salad. so now I'm very anal about things I eat outside haha

May not be the mango itself...hahah

Probably the salad cos they do use a lot of sugar in making Thai mango salad

One thing "bad" about our lifestyle is that we can become more sensitive to sugar (poison) and too much could result in some adverse reactions

Broccoli & cucumber can be very soft 1!
i think lchf does not encourage carrots & corn very much.
