what's your concern?

if you think the leftover oil (aka known as fond) is unhealthy? i feel it's ok.

why not add more oil for the egg if necessary? it's ok if you use healthy oils or grassfed butter: Healthy Cooking Oils - The Ultimate Guide

but some oils like extra virgin olive oil cannot take high heat, it's turns bad and doesn't tastes as good too.

we're eating HIGH FAT low carb. drown the eggs in oil!

president butter is grass fed too.

lurpak is my favourite, but too bad it's not grassfed.

i think coconut oil will make the rice fragrant too! if you like coconut oil.

coconut oil is great! use it to pan-fry chicken or pork chop top with a little grated coconut, awesome!

yes too much.. cut down to one meal (dinner only).. then slow cut to no rice at all, replace the rice veg fats and dark green leaf vegetables to fill your stomach, eat more fats to feel satisfied. tomatoes carrots potatoes are too high in carbs.

or wet market indian stall?

but organic raw extra virgin coconut oil from iherb sounds like better quality.
