all acidic food / sour food will have some form of corrosion on the teeth, just dont let it linger in your mouth for too long.
can try rinsing your mouth after drinking. dont leave the residue overnight.
avoid brushing your teeth immediately after drinking acidic stuff as the acidic residue are still in your mouth. brush it later.
use a straw to avoid it in contact with all your teeth.

Seriously, do people even read the resources on the front page?

How many times must we say that cholesterol levels on its own are meaningless?

Eat less fat? Great advice NOT
surely there is a limit to the level right ?

haha wth, those are extreme cases. they ate very little for months on end and also did slave work, how to store fat?

what level do you mean? consumption of fats level? no, no cap on that but there is only so much fat you can eat before you feel too damn full.

really? so its not too high? because the doc told me to moderate my health and go for regular check up.
Ask your doctor what is he basing his recommendation on

Of course he will tell you to come for more regular check ups
Spoiler!

Anyway, do you know how cholesterol readings are derived?

Go find out - you will end up knowing more than your doctor
