ya nowadays becos increase std of living more and more ppl got high blood pressure and those diseases at young age
lots of new weird small cafes opening here and there too, feeding the people with more toxic sugar - which women love.

my female friend got type 1 diabetes suddenly at age or 23. no family history of diabetes.

nowadays, age and health like no link already.
T1D.

medication for life.

Diet

Exposure to sugar and heavily processed carbs at a very early age

Back in the days when I was a kid (police man wore shorts then), soft drinks were a CNY treat before I entered primary school...

Same for other sweet treats (of course, we had our White Rabbit candy but somehow we ate them quite sparingly)...

We did have Tic Tac (50c back then) but it was for the more affluent families - I bought it like once a week and made it last as long...hahah

Diet

Exposure to sugar and heavily processed carbs at a very early age

Back in the days when I was a kid (police man wore shorts then), soft drinks were a CNY treat before I entered primary school...

Same for other sweet treats (of course, we had our White Rabbit candy but somehow we ate them quite sparingly)...

my mom still continue to do this to us.
there will be no soft drinks in the fridge unless is cny.
only milk and ice water.
so when my friends or bf come over, they is very sian 1 haha.

as long as got ice water, im happy as i hate to drink warm water.

Me too practice no drinking of soft drinks at home.
No soft drinks available at home only water. Or coffee or tea

heng my friends boh hiam. cause it's either liquor or coconut water. many choose the former.
