eh.... been having migraines lately..
any solutions?
always need at least 2 panadol or 2 ponstan den it will stop.
but i dont wanna take too many medicine.

drink more water...

for me i add salt for water parade

drink more water...

for me i add salt for water parade
i drink alot already leh. its still there. think today the 3rd day already

hmm. not sure..

just googled the food w magnesium;

cup of boiled spinach ( i dont always see spinach around supermarket ...)
cup of quinoa
1 cup of brown rice
1 cup of kidney beans
1 cup of lentils
1 cup of raisin bran
1 cup of shredded wheat
1 cup of oatmeal
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 bananas

looks like the rest of the list are the high carbs food lol

HAHA. it's those chinese spinach lor. taste very similar to ang moh baby spinach.

another type with purpish-red green leaves is red spinach lor.

the red leaves type usually people only use for soup right?
i should just get the green 1 for stir frying?

part of carb "flu" ? i got it few weeks back when cutting carbs. last for 3 days+, sit in meeting zzzzzzzzz
