ahh icic okay.

so whats the ranking of sugar content like for;
red wine, white wine, apple cider beer and choya?
just a random guess, it depends greatly on the brew and alcohol content:

higest

alcoholic drinks like jolly shandy
choya
fortified wines / fruit beer / sweet sake / ice wine / ciders
beer
dry wines / dry sake
vodka / gin / baijiu

lowest

why not chamomile tea and some yoga =. =" excuses to drink alcohol. some carbs at night will help too. postpone all your carb intake to dinner? very difficult to calculate macronutrient =\

The Definitive Guide to Resistant Starch | Mark's Daily Apple

Good read but exercise caution - this is NOT an excuse to just whack carbs
Tot my world was simple, but after reading this becomes confusing again
