STAY AWAY FROM ALL VEGETABLE OILS!!! SUNFLOWER OILS SAFFLOWER OILS!!!!

High in PUFAs

Sesame oils use very sparingly, preferably as a light season......olive oil is ok but try not to cook with it over high heat......

Basically, for other food groups.......especially meats, do what Jack lalane said...."if man made it don't eat it"

Got new research shows that it is safe to cook with olive oil.

no brainer, (1)

in the short term (1) seems better.... but regular exercise will not sustain ur health as long as LCHF can.

1) carbs from refined sources +fat and sugar is a no go............

If you workout regularly.......try to get your sugar from naturals sources eg. fruits like banana......

I cut out man made sugar and flour, wheat products and nuts/seeds completely......

Why is LCHF unhealthy? You still stigmatising fat?

Im not. -.-"

What i meant was, if Person A is typical Joe who eats out, enjoy pasta pizza fried rice bread, but regularly works out. VS Person B, LCHF regime. But typical office hours working and hardly works out

Who will be slimmer and healthier? Haha

Is bread with nutella, a total no no?

I have a VERY VERY BAD habit.

Almost everyday i will scoop a big spoon of nutella and just happily slurp away after dinner. Just 1 spoon. :(

A youngster.

By using my index finger and thumb to form a C, it takes two of it to cover the circumference of my biceps area! But overall my BMI and other stuffs is acceptable.

Trust me - you don't want more "fat" but more mass...hahah

Try 5x5 strong lifts bah

Eat enough proteins will help you gain mass

Another good way is GOMAD - definitely works if you can tolerate lactose :D
