yup.............. tried abit before... the kick and bloat came but i couldnt train enough to reap the benefits... so i quickly stopped

i started gym when i was 17 without knowing anything abt LCHF....

u should feed ur mind with food nutrition sciences..... u are what u eat...

u have alot of advantage here.

Try Pro-Mera CON-CRET....no loading required no cycling
haha im still conservative about using supplements... i go slow and rely on LCHF for sustainability.

will consider glycogen replenishment when i hit the rage training mode....

Actually hor....I also dunno how to bodybuild on LCHF leh LOL hahaha combining with my martial arts training too....dunno can tahan or not LOL
