I think I stick to weight lifting better. I experience cramps doing yoga before. Sweat like mad. Balance, fall, balance, fall.

a high level of yoga practice married to an LCHF lifestyle is very beneficial to the soul.

but it will be useful for ur own knowledge lor.

if i could, i would have done it when i was younger too.... last time dono can do this
Ya i doubt there is such course in those days. Nowadays have lots of health and fitness course. How times change. Lol

my time still got the sports fitness centre... just that i always assumed its those athletes train 24/7 go there one....

but then again that time i was more interested in engineering than food & nutrition.... tot BB is just pump and eat protein nia.

true that, even for the ones I went, albeit, crow pose, handstand, chin stand, head stand, side crow, et. cetera.
for guys to do it isn't it tough? since guys are so much bigger size.
for eg. ...
i think most of you can't scratch ur back on ur own right?

i scratch my own back with a simple piece of technology - a back scratcher.

body weight exercises are tough regardless of whether you are a female or male reh.
