I also rarely lose my cool....I thank the dumbells I always dump onto the ground after I'm done with my sets
Cheesepie, I hate it when people throw those dumbbells, also not very heavy, cannot put meh, people carry 200kg+ also slowly put, those cheesepie 20kg only use throw.

Coz in the end, you know my job, Take what degree also no differences

Instead maybe I can jump elsewhere. then again it really depends on what I do later on.

Could pick up a Personal Trainer Cert as well and go freelance while still on my day job

lets all work to unlock this

I'm going in another direction to unlock other stuff

I eat 5 eggs and fresh milk in the morning. Fresh milk not low fat.

I usually get eggs + kopi


But since my canteen has a nasi padang stall that operates from morning, I get eggs + 1 meat + innards + kopi c kosong

It doesn't matter how much eggs you eat. You must consider your protein and fat intake. How much to take, depends on your bodyweight. Then you must consider the monetary factor.

That guy recommend you 10 eggs is because he is those fit zai everyday train in gym. If you are like him, then 10 eggs should be alright. If not better take less. Btw, when you enlisting?

i only train twice a week at the gym leh.... 1 hr sessions each.

if u look at the macronutrients of the egg.... its actually very LCHF.

if u look at the micronutrients of the egg... fwah loaded with goodness and make u clever many many!


if u look at cholesterol.... its even more powerful! we need cholesterol

You don't want to overdose on protein. If you don't lift, you don't need so much protein. Gout and kidney stones is not funny.

Can get fat if eat too much. Imagine if never exercise but over-eating of eggs. It will get worse. So eat moderately about 3-4 and exercise regularly should be the best shot.
