i think the longer u are on lchf or eatclean diet, you will find soya sauce, teriyaki sauce taste too strong hahaha

carb must be lesser than 50gram a day..
i made the same mistake initally also.
the 50gram very easy to come by 1

What the 50grams of carbs you ingested consist of matters also.....mine are xiao bai cai and garlic......ginger and mixed pasta herbs.....oh chili too
