If got heart surgery, then maybe no choice lor

Read that you can combat a lot of the bad effects with CoQ10 or something

Google for it lor
I came to the same conclusion. I bought the ubiquinol coq10 for my dad but he refuses to take it after 2 days. Says he notices blood traces in his urine, which i feel is most likely caused by the statin and/or gout medication.

Guess the only option left would be to follow him to his next medical review and let the doctor convince him.

Sounds delicious but ba-na-na not high carbs meh?
Definitely not for people like me who are looking to lose weight and whose weight loss have not stabilized yet........

It's for those whose weight loss have stabilized already and are looking to maintain....and whom can afford to be slightly less strict

from @ paleoishprinceeses

banana ice cream

2 frozen bananas
shredded coconut
1tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of salt

blend all w blender and freeze for another 10 mins.

I think the bananas will kick one out of ketosis if finished by oneself.

For those who are satisfied with their body composition and figure, this should be an awesome recipe.

That's why it's a "treat" - not something to eat everyday
