What type of salt can we use?

Can we use the Pagoda brand sea salt?

It's like quite cheap leh, $0.45 for 500 g.

The ingredients is just... Sea Salt.. LOL.. Tts y I asking, cos if it's pure sea salt, its quite worth it sia.

Sometimes when things are too cheap, we question the quality...hahah

No doubt it may be sea salt but the origin may also play a part - imagine them getting the sea salt off Fukushima :eek:

We also don't know how they processed the sea salt - looks too white to be natural :s22:

processed sea salt has less or none of the minerals that are desired in sea salt.

but honestly, the minerals are so little that the difference is negligible.

Actually we don't really need huge amounts of minerals in our diets

Trace amounts are good enough and sea salt is a good way of getting them :s13:

I just use coconut aminos or red boat fish sauce, might as well make it tastier.

I do use fish sauce once in a while to give flavour...

Also got a bottle of coconut aminos but yet to use it :s13:

Still prefer my pink sea salt :o
