FFI this year ma. My blood test shows high cholesterol ma. Then they say must do test to check before I can pass FFI.

Bo liao one.

SAF pays.
Don't pass then no need to do reservist - win ah

I thought i should ask here.

My aunt a bit worried about my cousin eating these food. ( I assumed its non carbs diet he is on).

He eats 2-3 hardboiled egg in the morning daily, plus 3 slices of cheese. The Cow head branded cheese non low fat.

Wont be bad for health right? Is it too much ar? is these what some of u guys eat?

this kind of cheese?



it's processed and not healthy at all. what does he eat for lunch and dinner? can't determine whether he is on a low carb diet with breakfast.

Quick update on potato starch (Red Bob unmodified)

Stopped for a month and tried again yesterday with just 2 tablespoons in a glass of water...

Instant flare up in my knee joints and even ankle joints

Guess RS from this source is not for me

No probs if carton is smaller than packs
I am not too sure but I think definitely smalller than a 20-foot container

Btw i tot all cheese are processed.

yah, this sort. i saw the whole pile at their home.. plus meiji milk cartons. n many many eggs,

he dont eat rice/bread/noodles etc from what we know. He eats lots of meat. i didnt speak to him lahs. young boy just that the mom is worried. i figured out since theres no carbs so i asked here.
