just curious..
how often how much u guys drink the ACV?
I cut down to once a week cuz my knee feeling "sour ".after drinking every night.

yes, i did bought 2 packs one shot. but i wanted to test longer to see if there is much improvements.

sometimes it's hard to judge just by 1 pack and furthermore, the body might be adapting. so why not just experiment a bit since it has not cause much problems to my body.

I don't think PS is for me either

It led my joints to flare up again - that's bad cos I can't work out...hahah
i think it's really up to individual. as usual, it's a n=1 experiment always.
