That kind of reminds me that I should get the heads that are already halved.
thanks eddy n carey

I shall start looking closely in the super mart again haha
doesn't always seem to see any salmon head. best if it's already halved and clean properly. really don't know how to cut. saw a youtube video explaining how to cut n cook a salmon head. the baking part confirm no prob but the cutting n cleaning. . omg
I think most of them are halved nicely liao...or at least those at CS and Giant

It's going to hard for us to do it at home without a big chopper (gets damn messy too)...hahah

best to buy salmon from CS.

even if its more expensive: 33.90(cs) vs 23.90(ntuc) / kg

ntuc always never de-scale properly... then i tried to stirred it a few years ago..... end up they added (with scale-on) disclaimer.....

well done.....

Yeah pls do try and let us know
ok, i doubt it really tastes as bad as jungle's. i tried a teaspoon and it reminded me of olive oil albeit a much less palatable version.

can try to have it neat but cringe for 2-3 seconds faster drink water still can tahan.

wah lau, i still waiting for my package. sitting at the distribution center since 4 aug.
shoudn't take so long leh. mine was delivered to me one day after it reached the distribution centre. longest hold up should actually be at airport warehouse not distribution centre. #singpostreallybehkansometimes

Jungle one alot of residue inside. The smell is already quite off-putting

Looks like I should give Nutiva's red palm oil a go next time

Raw is war

But I do eat raw eggs n honey occasionally.. :p
try raw/soft boiled eggs. whisk the yolks with maple syrup... then add 3 drops of sherry vinegar.

wah then that's an obvious difference; nutiva one smells exactly like olive oil.

never mind, you can always encapsulate the jungle RPO, haha.

Actually encapsulating is straightforward but time consuming. Also for oil if nv do properly sure make a big mess one.

I think I will stick to mixing with food ba
