Heng I lazy - never bother to jiak brekkie so no clean up
Shushu usually eat 1 big meal a day? No wonder shushu look like hercules....

Gam xia for sharing your experience wor. Thought it's easier to use. Didn't know the limitations.
lol use knife cut = 10 secs..

use the box to cut.. need to wait for butter to soften = 30 mins.

Tabasco makes everything taste nice

I have a bottle of Tabasco Chipotle...it contains sugar...think I'll use it on my mini cheat days......clean whole food but topped with Tabasco Chipotle sauce

You make me damn guilty haha. Coz I do use sauces as and when I want but in moderate amount.

And yes they usually contain sugar

I went back to just eggs, bacon, salmon/tuna sashimi, cod fish, grass fed beef for my diet...

too bothersome to come out with new recipes...

water.
you should drink at least 2 litres a day. certainly not to be missed out daily

coffee w milk no sugar ahha
water parade everyday oso don't feel like drinking anything else
