once in a while is okay ba. I bought pork stir fry. The cheapest. $3 per 100g

egg pasta : durum wheat semolina, free range eggs!!!!, olive oil and salt. made from Australia

sara lee cake can eat? Breakfast I had bread (I know is bad) and lunch I had mixed veg rice without the rice. Hungry I took a slab of butter to eat
with time, don't give yourself excuses to eat white carbs like stuffs made from flour.

I know it's difficult cos I've been there done that.

omg. I just found this shop. The Butcher.
they sell all fresh grass fed beef and pork.
extra virgin olive oil, Walnut oil, duck fats in a bottle.
egg pasta!!! so excited!

swiss butchery and huber's butchery may be cheaper.

I know huber's butchery supplies french restaurants like au petit salut.

duck fat you can get from dempsey huber's butchery, culina or jones the grocer. Marketplace at paragon / raffles city should have.

ya uk/france/hungary have grass fed pork. berkshire pigs.. same breed as japan kurobuta.

like japanese kobe wagyu eats a mix of grains, but some australian/us wagyu are grass fed.

I did a Google before buying ! ingredient only consist of drum wheat semolina which is : "The durum wheat is milled to remove the bran and germ, leaving the rich yellow endosperm granules called semolina" oh yah and someone in a bodybuilding forum mention it's low G.i.

I got them at parkway basement. depending where u stay but it's pretty convenient for me
