Advice needed ! Mission to 6 Packs

Have been gyming for about 5 months now. But still skinny fat. Height about 174 cm and weight at 70kg.

Currently on a diet plan to induce calorie deficit through having little or no rice with high protein. Workout include weight training , crunches , pull up , and abs wheel.

Advice needed here on how to get better

How many set and reps you doing for each exercise? And how heavy the weight you are carrying for each exercise.

I read somewhere regarding the compound barbell exercise, it takes few years with the weight of at least 100kg and above to get the muscle growing.

Anyway, the sticky thread have talk about how to reduce belly fats.

TS, just ensure that you run a caloric deficit everyday. Itís not easy but can be done with determination.
