protein powder is just a convenient way to get protein.same as trying to get protein from eggs,chicken,milk in general. protein helps to gain muscle provided u eat the amount, with proper training and adequate rest and with excess calories.
Your advice is good. A lot of ppl however underestimate rest and as a result stunt muscles growth

ya. if never rest well,even with enough protein or EXCESS CALORIES, it will limit muscle growth and end up, is gain more fat mass than muscle mass. especially during bulking since its surplus calories

Yes, worth... 3 to 4 sets of 10-12reps....
Cardio 150mins per week... lower your weight does help...

Donít do 5x5... donít do heavy lift, it will increase your BP instead... you can try...

Any exercise.... e.g bicep curl, Bench Press....
just donít do the Valsalva maneuver... means donít hold your breath... also means donít lift Super heavy...

I had High BP too, resistance training does improve...

Doctors will recommend 30mins at least 5 days a week... slowly build up... to this if you not used to it..
