Before exercise question

Q1. How many hour of meal to digest to before exercise?
Q2. Should you eat light or heavy meal before 2 or 3 hrs of exercise?

Some pple prefer to snack a bit, some will just exercise with an empty stomach.
I have done both before.

I usually snack on almonds or if a slice of bread (if I did not eat any carbs for that day) and a cup of kopi O kosong gaooooooosss

Anyway, just experiment around. Different pple got different preference.

Q1 Ans: 1 hour of rest after heavy / normal meal (Dinner) or 90mins after buffet with super heavy meal / 120 mins. If not u get appendix

Q2 Ans: Up to you. Dont eat fried food else you will have difficulties in running. You will realise harder to run and the sweat later is sticky.
