Calisthenics Exercise

I am interested in body weight exercise, but do not know how to start.

The reason why I got interested in body weight exercise was that for the past 2 months, I had been doing cardio, static and interval exercise, and I had experienced lesser pain in body, especially sciatica nerve pain.

I had been seeking tcm treatment, and it helps to alleviate the pain, but whenever I go back to weight training, the pain returns Everytime.

hence, that's the reason I want to stay away from free weights training for a while.

is MadBar a good start? but it seems like their premium workout require a fee. it'll be good if someone could point me to a good website or YouTube channel for a start.

Hello, I found this PDF file and thought it would be helpful. I am not affiliated. I just happened to be searching for info on the same topic. I did not purchase anything from them but I did benefit from this PDF.

Most welcome!

Look at his “How To Start Calisthenics” series to learn basic exercises with technique & then how to progress & improve...

You can try "Calisthenicsmovement" on youttube. Great channel, teaches you the step by step process for the exercises

If you’re doing bodyweight movements I’d also suggest getting a an OEM TRX or any similar suspension trainer. Declathon’s one is only $20 & just as good. Full body workouts or split routines using the TRX is excellent.
