Cure for tennis elbow? Can share?

It has been six months . I went to physio and did the excercises but it’s still painful. The excercise entailed using light weights to move the wrist up and down . I also went you tube To learn more . I also found out what caused it and no longer do that action ( poor mouse position ) . Any one has been cured of tennis elbow and what helped . Thanks

If you just found out the action that caused the pain, then it will probably take another 2 -3 months to complete heal. You mention moving up and down, the key is to only perform the negative portion (eccentric movement of the exercise)
If you actually rest for 6 months and still in pain, better to seek for another doctor for 2nd opinion

I used to have same issues as you. I went to see chiropractor and I felt better and no pain already. My Chiropractor is Dr Jason from Align Chiropractic.
