Thinking of going for fitness first as they have a new branch near my place.
Was quoted $136/mth usage of all locations. $100 reg fee waived but admin fee $108 still must pay. If it worth it?? |

Hi,
I'm not sure how gym memberships work? Is it better to take over someone else's membership? Looking to try out for a few months. Not likely to sign up 2 years membership up front. Do I have to come up with my own exercise routine? Or will trainer be provided? |

If they do, it will be much more expensive on a monthly basis than if you were to sign up for a year or 2 with them. So taking over someone else's membership is better if it offers you a cheaper alternative. Yes you have to come up with your own routine. Most commercial gyms have staff doing 'floor' work. But these are not strictly trainers and its not possible for them to train all or most of the members during peak hours since that can mean 20 different members and no gym will hire 20 staff to do floor work. Of course that begs the question of what they are there for. Hope this helps. |
