I put on 5 kg since starting training 3 weeks ago.

Ate ice cream as dessert regularly. Had late night supper after almost every workout day.

If you're suggesting to train there at close to midnight to avoid the crowd, then I've to say I seen more people coming in around that time than peak night hours. Of course it mayn't be like that every night.

Anytime is a small boutique gym so there will generally be less people than the big gyms but with lesser equipment, it also means you cant get much done if there're already people there using the rack to do 5 X 5.

The best way is to be flexible & redo your workout when the equipment is being used.

BTW it should be obvious I'm not ranting. But have to clarify for those big shots experts here.
