i wrote 2-3 emails to ff to freeze, till now no reply.

Jason.OnEarth 26-06-2020 01:02 PM

FF should do something to avoid losing membership to others, that 5 per class limit and always full gym floor 90mins slots is not available is not acceptable when members will be paying in July but gets no access :s11:

Jason.OnEarth 26-06-2020 01:03 PM

by the way I went to ActiveSG GYM yesterday and was told allowed to have maximum of 50 persons in the gym :s8: why FF is so limited?

I called hotline, 25 mins nobody picked up.

FINALLY, i called FF AMK branch front counter, asked them check if my membership freeze has been effective, the lady told me yes and will be frozen for July.

Gym floor is 5 per 30 minutes. So is 15 pax for gym floor per 90 minutes. This excludes GX classes pax. Then must include instructors, PT, FOH, Sales, Cleaners.

counting based on per 90mins, 15 pax on gym floor + 5 pax GX is 20 pax. so there are 30 pax of instructors, PT, FOH, Sales, Cleaners :s11:
